Meritline has the Focus Zoom Lens Cree Q3 Flashlight for $10 with free shipping. Features advanced focus system with a fisheye lens, 200 Lumens of output power from a white LED Cree Q3 bulb, and a black aluminum body.
This is a fantastic flashlight. For the price, you get an extremely bright flashlight for its size. It uses 1 AA battery instead of those 123A pricey batteries. It has a focus adjuster to widen or shorten the beam and only an on/off function.
Great little light for the money. I think it's interesting that you actually get the pattern from the chip when it's on spot, a lot of lights try to hide this by stopping just short of showing the chip. I like it though. Also, mine shipped from Singapore.
I got mine in 6 weeks. Excellent little flashlight...incredibly bright. A little smaller than I expected, but easily a $25 flashlight if it were at Walmart.
This is a good deal for $10, though it's not really 200 lumens output and if you don't need the focus feature you can get something both brighter and smaller for not much more money at dealextreme or kaidomain... and have the option of multiple modes so if you need more than an hour's worth of light you have it.
To be fair, the lights near the same price at the two aforementioned sellers aren't 200 lumens either despite claims made to the contrary, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, in a light this size using a single AA cell you get diminishing returns trying to get much more light out of them except by using a higher binned LED.
Ships from China warehouse. Most customers receive in 2-3 weeks.
Hopefully that gives it some time to leach out the lead in it.

Agree with #3...it did take it a while to get to my mailbox, but it is a great little flashlight...surprisingly well made and bright.
