Meritline has the Focus Zoom Lens Cree Q3 Flashlight in Black for $8 with free shipping. Features advanced focus system with a fisheye lens, 200 Lumens of output power from a white LED Cree Q3 bulb, and a black aluminum body.
Good flashlight. Can pair it with a AA or a 14550 (a bit brighter). If you add an ebay bike flashlight mount it works nicely as a headlight, but no flash option. Some others have a flash mode.
Do not use a 14500 Li-Ion cell unless you want it to fry. Most will be damaged, only a select few happen to have a specimen of LED with a high enough forward voltage that it limits current.
It's not all that suitable for a bike headlight because of the short runtime. Maybe a backup light so if your primary fails you have enough runtime to turn around and get back home or to a store selling batteries.
... and lastly, it doesn't produce the 260 lumens claimed. I keep wondering how they can get away with such claims, would the public tolerate it if we paid $4 for a gallon of gas and only received a half gallon? It's still gas like this is still a flashlight regardless of the fake quantity, so that's ok?
I use this for camping and its really bright illuminating pitch dark conditions. I lasts a few hours on 2700mAh rechargables, so more than adequate for most biking uses. Bring a couple AAs and you're good for a really long day. It's great for camping as you can leave one on as a nightlight as you start to go sleep and only dischargee one AA. Great for kids tents.
BTW, the last time I ordered from DX, I had to file dispute with PayPal. They even had a video on their site apologizing for black-holed orders. I was up against my limit and could not wait longer.

^ Here's the same light on DX, except closer to an accurate lumen rating at 120, and spec'd to run 40 minutes:

I must have ordered this same light half a dozen times. I keep losing them.
