Overpriced. What happened to canning?
Don't know how you could can cheese, a steak or chicken. This will preserve those for months.
Foodsavers save us tons of money. We use the rolls and make our own bags. Cut them down after each use and reuse until too small to be useful. Really does save money if you have the frezer space.
The canisters are useful to some degree, but we don't really use them much. The bags are the most useful for us.
This looks like a great price for a model we got from Costco a few years back to replace our first foodsaver that lasted about 8 years.
