Bought one from Home Depot, works great. Bought another from Amazon, the night vision does not work. Because I did not buy direct from Foscam I had to pay shipping to and from Foscam Houston TX just to get it RMA'd ($9 to and $7 from). Good camera especially at this price but very disappointed in customer service.
why not return it to amazon?
