Foscam just released a new firmware for this camera which is supposed to address all of the negatives it receives in reviews.
If you have problems with the camera and need to RMA you will be required to pay shipping to and from Foscam Houston TX service center because you did not buy the camera direct from Foscam. They will want to charge your Paypal account for shipping it to you. Just saying.
Do yourself a favor and don't touch this camera. nothing but headache. get the good old fi8910 instead
