For the price these cameras are good. Their customer service sucks. Buy them from Amazon when they have them at this price, if you have a problem Amazon offers free return shipping. Foscam charges shipping both ways if you do not buy them direct from Foscam.
These are great cameras. I've heard complaints about customer service (e Foscam only offers support for cameras that are bought directly from them), but I've never needed it and find these cameras to be just as good as the Panasonic cameras I used to buy at twice the price. Buy from Amazon and if you happen to have problems you can return the cam.
