It has been at this price like forever...

Not sure about the rebate with Foxconn, are they good with rebates?

this is garbage, for another $20 you can get a mobo with way more ports, solid state caps, and just a better board all around. go with the asus 780 series

I've got it for $32.5 AR after PayPal credited me 15% ($7.5) with free shipping before Xmas. Just got email note that Foxccon accapted the rebate claim.

Just a regular mATX board, with basic features. Don't expect too much at this price.

#3: does it allow overclocking? can you raise the CPU V-core? Adjust the HT-multiplier and CPU multiplier?

Yes, #5 CompWiz17, it has overclocking features, and you can also raise/decrease the voltage of CPU, memory and adjust the timing/CAS as well, but I don't see the ability to adjust multiplier, maybe just I didn't pay attention to it because of not needing it. I was using it building a basic system from a friend.

    #6: thanks for the info.

#2: from what I've read, the Asus 780G motherboard does not support overclocking.

#8: if you're making a HTPC a 780G based motherboard would probably be a better choice. That one has full HD video acceleration.
