Basically the 690G IGP refabbed at 55nm by TSMC for low power with the newer 700 series peripherals. Uses a crapload less power than the 90-120nm fabbed i945 chipsets on the Atom Mini-ITX/desktop options (which negate the power advantage of the 45nm Atom today for non-portables, sadly enough).
