In what may be reminiscent of the early internet bubble days, OboPay.com celebrating their $29 Million Funding by giving out a free $15 Prepaid MasterCard when you sign up for their new service. Valid through July 13th. It lets you send money to other users via your mobile phone. Their are affiliated with Citi Bank.
