The PCI Compliance requirements are already written for dummies, this is a redundant document.
I thought PCI slots were dead. Does this cover PCI Express?

#3 - I'll assume that you're not joking. This PCI is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Any business that handles credit card holder data is required to adhere to these standards and is subject to an annual audit.
MMy advice is "If you are a dummy you have no business dealing with PCI validation"
If you are not a dummy then visit the PCI website and start reading to get the depth of knowledge you need to deal with PCI validation.
How do I know you ask. Because I am up to my ying-yang in getting a credit card processing software product PCI validated.
