Buyer beware...you get what you pay fro in any health care. If you actually like your pets man up and spend the $150 to get a qualified professional at a local vet to make sure they are healthy.
They made my dog DEAF!!! The vet prescribed ear medication for my 15-year old German shepherd mix. We discovered shortly afterwards that he could no longer hear. We researched the medication to find out that it was known to cause deafness in geriatric dogs. I was so upset and wrote Banfield, only to learn that the vet had transferred to another Banfield location. The corporate office indicated that Banfield would only pay for a doctor's visit to a hearing doctor and we would be responsible for all testing/diagnostics, treatments, and therapies. DO NOT bring your pets here. Most people who work at the two PetSmart stores near me do not use Banfield, even if the doctor is located in the store they are working in! There are things in life that you just can't cave into for lower cost or greater convenience and this is one of them. Save your money on a TV or a computer - not on quality health care.
Wouldn't take them up on this anyway. Nearest one is 30 miles away. Not a pleasant trip with a cat!
