Very good magazine if you're in the industry. A lot of advertising, but also a lot of good articles by folks like Tom Kyte, Steven Feuerstein and Arup Nanda. Like #1 said, once you'r ein, you can renew every year. Even if you're not in, you just have to answer the questions right to get the free subscription.
