I prefer Cracker Barrel for fulfilling my nutritional and race relations needs. At least they are making an effort though: look at the diversity on their website.
Any place that has free food and serves bacon is good in my book.

Last time I was at a waffle house they had 2 police officers on duty at the door.
Ambiance kind of stinks, but the food is good.
