Dell Home has the Fuji FinePix Z10fd 7.2 MegaPixel 3X Zoom Digital Camera for $100 with free shipping. It has an Intelligent Flash system that captures two pictures, one with flash and one at high ISO without flash. You pick which one to keep. [BizRate]

I've heard that Fuji makes excellent point and shoot cameras. I'm going to buy one today, but which one should I buy? Thanks in advance!

Be warned...these Fuji "FinePix" are anything but Fine. The image quality is terrible. I own one and have been very unhappy with the resulting images. I'm now shopping for a Casio or Canon -- I've had these before and have been VERY pleased. Please, save your $ and get something other than this nasty piece of work.

Really? What is the model number of the Fuji that you are disappointed with? I've heard the F31fd is near-DSLR quality. Thanks in advance!

I have the Z10fd (pictured above). I'd say grab a Casio Exilim or Canon Powershot if you're looking in the 7 MP range. I can't comment on the F31fd-- but I'm sure dissapointed in the Z10fd.

Hey "Mr. I have more posts than anyone else and will not stop posting ever", here are some comments regarding Fuji cameras I dug up. Enjoy your new Fuji camera you speak so highly of.

I do NOT recommend purchasing this vastly overrated FujiTronics digital camera, which Time Magazine recently described as being the "worst digital camera ever made in the entire history of the Universe!"

The batteries frequently explode on these, and the lens has been known to simply fall off without explanation. The flash doesn't even work and FujiTronics refuses to address this with a firmware update. Also, many people have complained that this camera smells funny out of the box.

BTW, we have 2 of these. One for the kids and one for quick and easy shots. It's not horrible, and you can make your shots much better by manually setting the ISO. But people generally buy these types of cameras so they don't have to do stuff like set ISO.

#9 is exactly right, most people use fully automatic setting, and Fuji uses very high ISO usually. So, by setting the ISO to 200 or 100, you will get very good pictures, I am sure because I did that too. Pictures are great. Not sure about those poor reviews.

#3 set the ISO to 200 and you will get good pictures.

#1 I bought at $130 from Newegg in January. If I want another camera under $100, I think I will buy this again. I have another older Fuji with 1 inch screen bought 4 years ago using xD card and is still working great.

#7 Orange for $100, other colors for $70 a few days ago.
