This camera does not take good pictures. You can read the reviews on many of the websites dedicated to digital photography. I have checked out this camera in Best Buy and with full battery I was unable to take a clear picture of a display stand that was about 4-5 feet away. Picture was noisy.

Yes, it is good, just remember to set the ISO yourself, otherwise, it always uses a high ISO setting so that your picture looks bright but grainly. Other than that, it is excellent for a point-and-shoot camera. (I know camera well) Some people said the pictures are grainy because they do not set the ISO. Some people are not good at getting a correct setting, that's why they don't take good pictures.

I bought one from Newegg in January at about $130. Damn! It is only $69 now. Almost can buy 2 at $130.

Good price. I just bought one. Don't really care about quality sice I just want a cheap camera in my pocket.

I'd recommend buying F50fd because F50fd is not much bigger than Z10fd and F50fd is the best 12MP camera you can ever buy. Canon's and Nikon's are no match for F50fd.

I understand that you can mess with settings but this is P&S camera not a DSLR. It is really not an excuse for Fuji that it built a P&S camera that does not take good pictures with default settings.

#5, do you know when the replacement for the F50fd model is going to be released? I think the model number is F100fd.

#10 Yes, the ultimate F series. The only addition is the 5X optical zoom which I really want. I don't think anyone will use 12800 ISO. I've been waiting on it as well. Too bad I couldn't find one before March to take up on the $50 rebate.

Dang, I just paid $87 for this and thought I got a good deal.

#7, if this camera was as good as you'd like it to be, it wouldn't be selling for $69.
