I'd be stunned if the graphics card could handle a 3D youtube file, let alone bluray or a video game.
While I think this is too expensive for what you get, the Intel HD 3000 is a major step up from previous Intel graphics.
You get roughly AMD 5450m perforance, which can play quite a few games and certainly handle Blu-ray.

I still wouldn't be caught dead with a laptop with integrated graphics, but this, along with the upcoming AMD Llano platform, does bring some decent performance to the segment.
