    Fan for your RAM. You don't need this unless you've got a really crappy case with no air flow or unless you're overclocking your RAM.

    Yes #1, overvolting to o'c the ram gains you more in performance/$ than the cost of the fan.

    #2 Win 7 is the easiest (and relatively fastest) Windows install I've ever experienced (dating back to Win 3.x) - it took 25 mins on a C2D system and I only had to provide input 2 times.

    Btw, if you want to install windows 7 upgrade(50 bucks) as the full version(without OS validation) just:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Setup/OOBE/
    Change MediaBootInstall from "1" to "0"
    type: slmgr /rearm
    reboot, register
