#1, that is not correct - you can get a patch for Windows 7 32bit that allows it to use any amount of RAM. It works fine.
you can buy the 8gb ripjaw X 1600 for $30 no rebate. It makes more sense just to buy 2 of those.
plus Newegg also has the Corsair Vengenance on sale for $60 AR with only 1.5v (much better ram).
