CompUSA has the Galaxy 995TFE8DC1CMM GeForce 9500 GT Video Card for $35 - $20 rebate [Exp 9/19] + $5 shipping = $20 shipped. Features VGA and DVI outputs, 550MHz core clock, 32 stream processors and is HDCP ready.
What's interesting is that Galaxy is showing the 995TFE8DC1CMM as a dual-DVI, just as Ben's picture card, hum what else is different? Not bad for 128-Bit and DDR2 basically a sufficient upgrade for an old Xp system that has good OEM 300W PSU if it some off brand it's chancy even with 350W or depending if you have addtional hardware. The low end deal right now is the Powercolor 5450 that's DDR3 with passive cooler for $25 -AR$15 and F/S. It will provide everything that this does, along with the latest niceties, and much lees power usage, it's worth it even if want a bump in IGP in an older system.
