I just bought this on Amazon about 3 weeks ago for $274 shipped. It has lane guidance, lifetime traffic updates, pedestrian mode. It took about an hour to download the 2010 maps and about an hour to actually install them. I read 5-15 hours online (must have been a crappy internet connection and a terd of a pc they were using).
