Great little Nav box! I just picked it up last week from Best Buy and it works great. My maps are fully up to date, but the actual Garmin operation software was a few versions behind. A quick connect into my computer via USB and it was quickly upgraded to the latest software for the 200 unit.
is this the same one that was 170 on black friday at best buy?
#2 yea this is the same one.
BestBuy Sucks shops at Best Buy? ooo the irony.
#4 how else would he knows that they sucks.
Best price at pricegrabber was 198.40 delivered for me so this is a decent deal if it meets your needs. I'm looking for a bluetooth gps unit that'll tie in with my cell phone - this one doesn't do bluetooth.
yes, but this isnt bad b/c sane ppl didnt spend thanksgiving in line at best buy
Great deal for an intro level GPS. I have had it for about 6 months and love it.
buy.com has the 200W widescreen version for $213 right now with shipping at about $7. I think I'd take the 200W. Especially if I have to figure in the taxes from Walmart.
Besides, I hate Walmart!
how does it compare to TomTom 1
Stick with Garmin.
i got one from best buy on black friday and it works very well so far. the one complaint i had was that it initially took a while to "acquire satellites." i'm not sure if this is an issue with this particular GPS, garmin, or all GPSs since this is my first one ever.
