good simple gps, but it does not tell you what the next street is.

Just received this as a gift and it works great. already traveled to two cities with it and other than the initial load time to find the satellites it works perfectly. It only locates the satellites in any given area one time and once it does, it's very fast. Basic GPS yes - but does what it's meant for well and the bells and whistles on the navs that cost double are mostly useless. Text to Speech would be the only worthwhile upgrade and I find even that not very necessary.
