Had one that worked very well, until someone stole it out of my car... is this one refurbed and comes with directions to my house built in?

Pretty sure these are not refurbs. It's a good price for a basic GPS. Biggest complaint I've seen for the 205 is that it's older tech so a lot slower for calculating routes and refreshing the screen than the higher models.
