You can double check with Garmin (they have excellent customer service) to see if they've changed their policy, but Garmin is one of the few manufacturers that give a full 1 year warranty on refurbs. Most give only 90 days. And BTW, I have the 265WT, and I love it.

yeah, great deal if you don't mind refur.
But not sure about lifetime traffic can be applied to refur ones.

      From the spec tab:

      Manufacturer Warranty
      Parts 1 year limited
      Labor 90 days limited

Best GPS I have owned...traffic is nice, if you don't mind putting up with small advertisements. As far as price, you can find it brand new for around this price.

We have two and love them. One new and one refur. When my wife old GPS died, I got her the refur and it looked new. Make sure you call custom service in 90 days to get the latest map, if it is not already registed, of course.

Does this one capture NASA and International Space Station signals? Does it record megapixels? I don't see the value in signal acquistion deflection if the unit is incapable of recluse modular frequency harmonics. I think the Questuhar 4XC-9856 is a better unit for transponding Quixotic resonance.

#4, you can't find the 265WT new for this price. The lowest it's been since BF is $141 for a new one.

      I have this unit--overall good.

However, the POI info is VERY bad. Searching by name (which I really liked on my old unit) often lacks MAJOR stores. Magellan is much better in this area.

This is my second Garmin. Both are great, but the POIs leave a lot to be desired. I posted a review on Amazon, and the POIs were the main thing I picked on. I'm just hoping the 265wt is better than the c320.

As for the refurb warranty (1 year parts / 90 days labor), the new (non-refurb) lists the same specs.

I have huge knowledge of these devices.

We picked a new (not refurb-ed) unit around Thanksgiving that struggles a bit. It occasionally hangs when calculating or acquiring satellites. Also, traffic hasn't been terribly accurate thus far - grossly miscalculating a couple of 1hr+ delays.
