I recently bought this from Amazon.com for $149.85 and have had no complaints. It doesn't have all the features that some of the newer GPS systems have, but it comes with everything listed above as well as a carrying case, AC power adapter, car power adapter, suction cup mount, and dashboard disc. It is currently priced at $157.69 at Amazon.com, but the price has been fluctuating. Amazon.com has a better returns policy if you find a lower price elsewhere.

      Thanks Ben.

I'd spring a few extra bucks ($25?) and get the 650... You get a nice 4.3" screen.

I'd recommend getting any of the 'w' ones. I.e 200w, or 250w. The wide screen is good, but also notice the antenna.. This has the old GPS chip which doesn't pickup the signal as good.

      I bought a refurb 250w for $187 shipped recently.

I have this one and it's just so so. It has dropped me off early at my desired destination more than once and completely lost me twice. It is also very slow to acquire satellites while moving. This particular technology is a few years old, also. These are a good backup, but I still print out mapquest directions first.

Mapquest over this?? Seriously?! I have bought 7 Garmin units now, most of them Nuvi 350s and 360s. For the price THESE UNITS CANNOT BE BEAT - PERIOD! Excellent all the way around. They can still aquire a signal in minute or less on average and it has all the ease of use as the newer units.

Go for the widescreen Nuvis. You will not regret this.

I think for the price this is great. With text to speech do you really need a wider screen. You shouldn't be looking at the screen while driving anyways Smile

Amazon.com has this for $149.85 now with free shipping and no tax. They also have a better return policy than Buy.com.

Ugh, I just bought this piece of crap. It takes forever to recalculate and nearly killed me by directing me the wrong way down a one way street. It says it has an eight hour battery life, but it's really more like four. And it takes forever to get a signel. And the screen is tiny! I'm sending it back.
