Is this better than the Garmin Nuvi 750 that Costco.com is selling for $199?

The I'd pick the 750 over the 650.

#2, search for Garmin Nuvi 360 on Amazon for a nice comparison chart for the 650 vs. 750. For $50 more you get a non-refurbed GPS, multi-point routing, and an FM transmitter. I have heard the traffic feature is not that great, besides you have to pay a subscription. So I agree with #5.

#6- the Nuvi 360 does NOT have multi-point routing. Nor does it have an FM transmitter. DOES have bluetooth. You must be thinking of another model - the 360 was one of the first NUVIs and not a lot of features.

#7. I only used the 360 as an easy way to get to Amazon's table. I specifically reference the 650 vs. the 750, and I was answering #2's question. Amazon's 650 page doesn't have the chart and in my haste mentioned to search for the 360; I just now realized the 750 does. I guess I confused some.

Discontinued model. Not that it matters much, at this price it's a great buy. I'd get the sandbag mount though - the window suction mount is inconvenient and is a thief magnet.

#7, #6 was referring to the 750. His reference to the 360 was referring the curious to the feature comparison chart on Amazon.

Pass on this, it probably has outdated maps anyways.

Price is moderately okay for REFURB - but remember, NO BLUETOOTH.

Why any new GPS (or car stereo) is made without including a $0.50 bluetooth chip inside is beyond me. It should be a NTSB law that all car stereos are equipped with bluetooth.

#10 - thanks, yeah got that from #8. Guess I'm tireder than I thought.. You can just go to Garmin's site and do a "Product Comparison" between only the models you want to see: http://www8.garmin.com/mobile/compare.jsp

(Ben's script will probably screw this up, garmin bacon and products->on the road)

They also have comparison charts there, too. I've noticed that some of the independent charts have had errors, but Amazon's is probably reliable.

#6, thanks for the info. I will probably get the 750 but some of the user reviews for the 750 on Costco.com say that the routing software is worse than the previous Garmin models. Also, the speaker is very low quality compared to the older models. The nice thing about Costco is that you can return it within 90 days.
