Let me go on the record to state that the failing economy is all Obama's fault as is the Iraq war, Guantanamo Bay, the Afghan war and the split between Madonna & Guy.

I have this. It's a great GPS. My only complaint has been that occasionally, it takes a little while to find the satellites. BTW, Amazon has it for $199.

I agree. I have this GPS as well. I love the thing, but when you turn it on, it does take a long time for it to pick up any signal.

Decent price, especially since it's not a refurb.

Where's the poster who used to always say the satellites would be overloaded soon and start falling from the sky? I miss that dude...

Can't go wrong with any of the nuvi units. You can always add an external antenna if you want more "instant" on. Remember that GPS's have hot/cold reboots. If you have used it recently it can lock on to the sats MUCH quicker. If you really want faster lock in, go get a cheap antenna, only 20-40 bucks.

Got this GPS also. It used to lock on to the satellites quite quick but after a map upgrade, it is a bit slow to acquire the
satellites. In any way, it is a nice unit.

I have the 660 -- paid nearly $800 for it two years ago at Sam's Club. I think the only difference is BlueTooth, and that never worked very well with any of my phones.

    D'oh!
