Nuvi 765t at Costco.com is $249 shipped. You might pay state tax.

#2 Costco has it for 279.99 until Sept 6. Do you have a link or other info for the 249 price?

Well Costco in LA collects 9.75% sales tax, so by the time you add that in to pay for the illegal aliens' benefits, it is not worth it to shop retail except for food which has no tax YET.

Wow, i guess the tax subject is a sour one around here...let's all hope that "they" (Government) keeps their hand off our food, as far as tax is concerned.
@#7 check your receipts, i believe they can't charge you taxes on un-cooked food. i might be wrong but that;s the case in my place here in iowa.

I ended up buying the 765T at Costco. Better model, 90 day no hassle return policy if your not happy with it, free extra year warranty, etc. #4, tax in Orange County, CA is 8.75%. A lot less smog, miles & miles of coastline & great beaches, and for the money you'll save on tax, you can buy that nifty GPS for FREE.
