if you need to go to multiple locations. e delivery driver then this is the garmin for you. most others do not allow this feature.
the upgraded model is the 1490t but you'll pay the price. it is slimmer and a nicer design.
Asked Newegg about warranty on refurbished Garmins a couple of weeks ago and was told. "Only whatever warranty is remaining from the original sale. Plus Newegg's return policy."
That doesn't fall under my definition of "refurbished." This smells of customer returns which have not been refurbished by qualified personnel. Reading review comments enforces this suspicion as many are missing accessories which are supposed to come with new units. Newegg is said to have provided RMA in those situations, but one shouldn't have to walk that road with a real refurbished unit.
The 765t is a great GPS. My only two complaints are the touch screen and the little ads that pop up when you use the traffic feature.
