Abe's of Maine also has a B- rating from the better business bureau. This rating is due to the 110 complaints over the past 2 years. That's roughly 1 dissatisfied customer per week.
BBB noted that 99% of the issues were resolved.
However, that's still more PITA than I'm willing to endure considering that AOM's prices aren't all that much of a bargain.

Current Amazon price $218 and I paid mine $199 shipped ( from Adorama Camera thru Amazon.com). $237 shipped doesn't seem like a bargain price. Even the 199 deal is over, but you can always get from Amazon for $218 and FS ( maybe some tax depends where you are.)
