I have the NV59 from BB when it was for $499. Still can't get use to the keyboard and the touch pad. Everything else is good.
17.3"? Definitely not for hauling around, but Intel graphics doesn't make this a good desktop replacement either.
#1, get a wireless or other keyboard to use instead of built in. I always try to use the keyboard on my laptops as little as possible. I have a wireless by Adesso thats great, albeit pricey.
That way you save wear and tear on keyboard built into laptop.
but buying a replacement keyboard off of ebay and finding instructions on how to do it isn't that hard...imo
