I have an earlier model of the same machine + 20" screen which I bought from WorstBuy for 489+tax.
The PSU is very, very low power and it also is in a slimline case. This means you will not be able to replace the PSU as it is of a custom design. This virtually rules out upgrading to a better graphics card.
I have used this machine as a media center for ~1 year now without any issues.
The price is not bad - clearly true as I bought one and I am a totally cheap.
