Newegg has the GeForce GT 440 (Fermi) 1.5GB 192-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card 631077-001 (OEM) for $70 - $20 off with coupon code EMCYTZT1976 [Exp 7/31] = $50 with free shipping. Features 594MHz core clock and 144 CUDA cores.
Interesting this isn't the normal (retail) GT 440 spec's those where based on a GF-108 Clocked at 810Mhz, 96 Cuda core at 1620Mhz, on 128-Bit; this is a GF-106 Chip that is Clock at 594Mhz, 144 Cuda core 1189MHz, and on 192-Bit.
So looking at that it puts it about 25% under the GTS450 spec’s in clock, shaders (and relative clock); althought this card never gave a memory clock I find it list at 1800Mhz with bandwidth of like 43 GB/s so that’s good but stil half of what the GTS450 had. So from that this is probably like a 9800GT, but holds to 75W.
Being an OEM unit the normal warranty is 90 days, although Egg is showing you’ll get 1yr Extended Warranty w/ purchase, ends soon. While a good price (asking for no rebate), however it's performance is not really well documented. Retail GT440 where lackluster ending today more like 6570 and not near a 6670DDR3, this could be like the 6670 DDR3. Not sure of that small single slot cooler, could see it as perceivably noisy and a dust bunny collector, while not much for OC'n. Might be fun to slap a old radial cooler and see what you could wring out of it.
Comparing to other cards at $50 though working a rebate(s) can be worth consideration.
Then a 6670 DDR3 would be simlar performance, and thought it's a two slot HS/fan card it should be quieter. Might even be similar on power even with a little OC'n. $50 –AR$15 with Free Shipping. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102988

There’s a half-height 6570 DDR3 passive cooler, it has a tad less performance though wit better efficiency. $34 –AR$15 thought $7 shipping.
