Nice enough parts except maybe the PSU. The going price for this stuff considering rebate is like; X3 Rana $65, Mobo $55, ram $22, 1Tb HDD $70, DVD drive, $15 case/psu $30 or $257 so IDK it's not a great deal... just a deal on a bunch of over-the-hill stuff working going price and bunch of rebates!
At this point I'd consider working more from a Llano Quad-Core. If all you're looking for is basic home box, an X3/760G is good except real quickly you'll be looking at decent discrete graphic card to upgrade... that's then another $30-50 adder minimum. Now for $300 you could do much better "juggling in" of immeasurably nicer components like, a respectable PSU, healthier spec memory, maybe trade down to a less capacious HDD, all inside a nice little Rosewill FBM-01 Mini Tower.
