Many complaints of DOA. I normally like Gigabyte boards. Nothing special about this one, no USB 3.0 or SATA6.

Are they actually DOA complaints or just rodeo cowboy who tried to use a nonclarkdale processor and expected onboard video to work... the i3 is around $85 right now after bing cashback from tiger direct. Very tempting with the appropriate processor.

I myself am on the fence about this because there appears to be a lot of driver issues with the IGP's on the processors for 24p output and the bitstreaming abilities not always working correctly.

Typical "wounded bird" deal from 'Egg. Unload the stuff that has problems. Don't fall for it.

I truly am skeptical as to whether this is actually a poorly made board or if it was just a bad combo deal gone wrong which has lead to a slew of negatives against this board.

I agree with #4, bad combo deal. Poor match up with the case and processor that caused most of the problems, not the mobo.

I threw caution to the wind and went for it... $223.46 for motherboard, i3 530 processor, and 4GB DD3 OCZ memory.
