Newegg has the GIGABYTE GV-N630-2GI GeForce GT 630 2GB 128-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card for $70 - $10 off with coupon code GIGAVX9 [Exp 10/11] - $20 rebate [Exp 10/22] = $40 with free shipping. Features 96 CUDA cores, 810MHz core clock, HDMI, and DVI.
This might be ok for a cheap PC build or to keep around for an emergency in case your normal GPU needs to go in fir repair. For gsming evem if you ran two of these in SLI you'd only be 20 bucks shy of a 550ti which would beat two of these.
while this is a little bit better then that $15 AC + MIR earlier, this might run your games on medium, but definitely not high.

It's really just the old GT440, so not the lowest on the totem pole of their re-names, it's two rung below a 6570 on Tom Hierarchy chart, $40 working a rebate of $20 sounds rich!

I'd look at this XFX 6750 1GB 64-bit DDR3 $45 -AR$10 shipping $3. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150613
A 6570 will absolutely have lower power usage.
