400w minimum. That rules me out. Why so high for a fanless? People say it will run on less, so why are they scaring customers away with such a high minimum? I have a bunch of old Dells I'd love to upgrade, but I don't want to chance it. The best PSU I ever got from Dell was 360w (the worst 250w).
Took ~ 3 mos. to get my R on their 5450 last time.
