Stripped down pretty bare/cheap for a gigabyte board, but at least you can expect better bios support than with crap like ECS or Zotac.

Looks best suited for a stock speed office box w/95W or lower CPUs, at least it has DVI and HDMI.

Have one of these on the way, coupon code has been live since the weekend. Repurposing a Pentium 4 524 3.06 ghz 533 FSB LGA 775 CPU, and this mobo has it in its CPU support list.

I've got two Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L boards running in my household. They've been nothing but sweet to me, during build and operation.

The Biostar G31-M7 TE I worked with last week was not nearly as kind. Claimed support for the above CPU, but simply would not boot it. Did eventually boot my E5200, though--after several plug pulls and CMOS resets. Updating BIOS did not help.

The one knock I have seen on this board is that the PCI Express 16X slot is crippled to 4X. Mainstream graphics cards will still do fine, but the latest and greatest will be bottlenecked.
