    this is a whole set of knives. How is that going to compare to a single Chef's knife?


    maybe compare it to this set but a bit more expensive.

    Japanese co (they make razors etc there) but made in China, also Target pretty much stocks these for the same price.

    Yes, they're that pink. Each knife in the series is a different color to allegedly show what it's used for. Bright red for tomatoes, for instance. They're quite sharp, and have grippy handles. Some available at Tuesday Morning stores for less.
