It can cut a tomato! It can cut a tin can! It can cut a diamond! It can even cut--your hand! But don't try this at home! How much would you pay for a set of knives like this?

Oy, I think most serious chefs (and even regular kitchen users) would rather have 1 or 2 good knives than a set of crappy ones. Spend the money for a quality knife: Henckels (twins), Global (I like these personally, although people do complain about the handle), Shun, etc.

#7 dude, not snobs but folks that do like good quality. think of it like buying a nikon or canon camera instead of a no-name brand camera.
