#3 & #4, its normally 1000mg of bacon grease with 300mg of omega3's per pill. These types you normally take 3X a day. So you would be getting 3000mg bacon grease and 1000mg omega3

be aware you will smell like fish. 330mg omega 3's seems right since it's 1.3g fat instead of 1000mg/1.0g
