not good. you really can't beat the stuff at gyms.
The reviews seem to be good. Doesn't seem like that many people that posted got their heads cut off using this in their basements. Or maybe they just didn't post it online. I'm sure it'll be fine. Pile it on and let God sort'em out.

Might be sufficient for a younger teenager, not strong enough for long term use with anyone older.
If you want to go as cheap as possible on a decent set you should check used benches on craigslist.
