I got one for christmas. It is pretty solid but I do not feel confortable when lift because of the ackward place of the bar rests.

actually that bench can handle more weight than most of you wimps can.
This is a piece of junk and is cheaply made.
considering golds doesnt use any Golds brand equipment in their gyms you might want to stay away
I bought a pair of gold's gym dumbbells from walmart, they are utter cheap quality.

Oh yes it is so necessary for you to use this so you will not think about all a girls you wont be talking to.
Then you can go out and try your new muscles on guys who will hand you your silly ass. It wont teach you to fight, neither will all the cool action movies you have seen. I dont know when it will dawn on you but this will not help you with anything. You dont have insurance so you shouldnt be playing around with a girl repellent device like this.
