You still have to buy the plates (weights), bar, clip so you're looking to spend a couple hundred more but if you have a space and you like fitness this is a must buy even if you go to the gym there are days when you're lazy to go to the gym or you don't have any money to get gas or pay the parking. Only bad thing is you will not see any girls in yoga pants when you work out at home. I have this but it's not gold's gym brand.
You can put a tv/monitor near it and watch anything you have access to....
