I tried one for a few days and returned it. It has good specs but the overall experience didn't justify the $249, since I have a Galaxy Tab v1 7" already. Gonna take a look at the Galaxy Note 8 when it comes out though!
This has great specs, 4 CPU cores, 12GPU cores, etc. but the missing SD slot kills it. That 16GB is really LESS THAN 8GB of storage. They're playing the apple game when it comes to storage and I refuse to pay a premium for it when a 64GB card can be had for LESS THAN $40.
While I agree that no SD car slot sucks, there are alternatives, such as using Nexus Media Importer and a USB flash drive via a <$1.00 USB OTG adapter. Streaming content works great also. I've been using my N7 almost daily and have been very happy, but it isn't the optimal device for everyone.
Refurbished already? That was fast.
30 day warranty. Too many reports of quality problems when they were new.
and new w warranty =199. Next version in 3-4 months so this is just the start of the price drop.
Oh how they turn so quick.

Had an original Nexus7 that only lasted 24 days. Can't imagine the life of a refurb.

Seems that Ben's doesn;t like the "less than" sign. I guess they're worried about script-based attacks.

I < understand what you mean.
Wrong. 13.43GB.
