I really want this tablet. But the lack of SD support really kills it. I can not use it as a mobile movie/Audio player. I need more space than 16gb. That or I would have to be moving files back and forth a lot.
since 4.0 or 4.1, android don't have the capability to plug in a usb drive and have it show up as a dksk that you can copy in/out stuff. It is working like camera device when you plug it into a computer, you can only copy the photo/video out of device. so if you want to put movie/photo on it's internal drive, you will have to use other method like web page upload, dropbox, or other. maybe a security improvement, but definitely not convenient for someone who need this feature.
@cc8621: Android does have the capability to work as a disk in 4-4.1, but it's up to the device manufacturer whether they want it to show up as a disk or a media device thing.
@jet: It's not an iPad competitor because it doesn't have an SD slot? When did iPads get (built in) SD slots?
The $25 Google Play credit ends on the 30th, so be quick if you want to use that.
No SD card!?!?!
I'd be all over this if it had SD card support. Can't get over the fact that I would have less storage space than in my cell phone.
It shows up at $249

..
If it dose not have SD slot, it is a true iPad competitor.
