AT&T Wireless is offering several refurbished GoPhone Pay As You Go phones for $10 (based on ZIP code) with free shipping. No annual contract required. The pictured Nokia 2610 GoPhone is $10 with free shipping, and includes most goodies you'd want in a phone.

Pantech C120 - GoPhone (Pay As You Go) with VGA camera = $10
LG CG180 - GoPhone (Pay As You Go) ultra-light phone = $20
Samsung A437 Quad-Band World GoPhone (Unlockable) = $40
i just ordered that pantech myself since it was so cheap and i need a cingular/att phone. it wasnt even a refub
Radio Snack also has a cellphone for $20, and it comes with a $10 airtime card. Enjoy!
The cheaper GoPhones are great backup hardware for your primary GSM device.
i believe also bestbuy has a $20 nokia phone but no camera.
I bought the pantech as a backup
Tracfone is the best pay-as-you-go. But make sure you use coupon codes for the best deals.
T-Mobile is the best Pay as you go service if you are a light user.
Once you've bought $100 worth of refill minutes, they don't expire for an entire year. They also carry over.
So if you bought $100 (1000 minutes) today. Used 600 in the next 51 weeks, any additional time you add (before the year is up) renews all the minutes for another year (the old 400 plus whatever you bought)..
Can't beat that deal!
$100 for 1000 minutes is pretty good, but I'm a real light user, so I don't even use that. I like Tracfone because the expiration date and time are always displayed, and you can renew anytime without losing time (you don't have to wait until the last minute). My due date is Sept. 2008, and I can add an annual card now and extend that to Sept. 2009. And there are no limits.
As for beating your deal, if you buy 60 minute / 90 day Tracfone cards (instead of the annual card), you can get a year for $80 (240 minutes). And you can do even better if you play the specials and coupon codes.
My girlfriend got this for $10. But I want to unlock this thing and go with T-mobile pre-paid service. T-mobile has much better rates.
Anyone know if this thing is unlockable with just a simple code entry? Or does it need special hardware connection to re-flash?
