AT&T Wireless is offering several refurbished GoPhone Pay As You Go phones for as low as $10 (based on ZIP code) with free shipping. No annual contract required. The pictured Nokia 2610 GoPhone is $10 with free shipping, and includes most goodies you'd want in a phone.

just make sure you are not moving soon if there is a rebate, otherwise it will mess up the rebate, even if you forward the address. My wife got burned by that about 2 weeks ago.

AT&T sucks, but some of their Go phones can be unlocked and used on other services. Search for the ones that can be easily unlocked.

AT&T isn't the best choice if you're looking for a prepaid cell company - unless, that is, you want high prices and poor customer service. You'd be better off with T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile or even Tracfone.

I got the A437 Samsung phone from AT&T Go Phone for $39.99 last time when Ben posted a deal for BF. This phone came with a $25 prepaid minutes card to use in the US. Best it is easily unlockable Quad band phone, so you can use it globally.
