There's basically unlimited versions of these guitar games now, as they try to pump the market for as much cash as possible. This is a value priced Guitar Hero World Tour for PS2 with Guitar priced at $70 with free shipping. [BizRate]

I really do not understand all thy hype about this game. Maybe somebody could explain it to us. Learn how to play the guitar for real.

It's Simon Says for morons. Why play with friends, when you can play with yourself Smile

watch the song writers try and play their own songs - http://waxy.org/2008/11/musicians_get_meta/

And to #1's point - sure its not as cool as playing the real thing but the learning curve is a lot shorter and cheaper.

A relative of mine got Guitar hero world tour and the drums are so much better than the original rock band ones but I think Rock Band is a little more "party" friendly. GH WT seems to be more of a hard core game addition.

If this package came with the drums for 70 bucks wired for ps2 it would be golden pony boy

I heard drums are breaking left and right and the cost to ship back to replace(approx $65) is on the owner. There are always a few reasons why there is a discount so becareful. I want to make the plunge and get this but I am skeptical about some of the reviewers experiences.
