Not bad for the price. Comes with brackets for a variety of iPods, iPhones, and iPad 1 and 2/3. Don't expect quality sound, but it is an improvement over the built-in mono speaker. Stereo effect is pronounced and pleasant.
The two biggest flaws are that the iPad can't be in a protective case, and the support rotates but doesn't tilt so you can't adjust the viewing angle.
The built-in FM tuner can only be controlled from the Haier app (free download from iTunes, you're automagically prompted to download it the first time you plug in your device), and its sensitivity is awful -- it's just about as good as nothing at all.
